organizational, and managerial aspects. This article analyzes the key components of a coach’s professionalism, highlighting their
role in the training process, match management, and team formation. It is demonstrated that a successful coach in contemporary
football must possess in-depth theoretical knowledge, practical experience, and the ability to engage in continuous professional
