Main Tasks of the Working, Implementation and Development of the Tender Electronic System

Abstract

The tender process is difficult and requires considering lots of facts. Therefore, its organizational part is related to certain problems. Different technologies are used to select the optimal selection of the tender process. Recently, the
emphasis is made on the use of procurement communication electronic technologies (platforms). In Georgia, the e-trade has been increasing for last several years, but it has not yet been developed and has no standard view. In the article, the concept of research and development of the project of tender automated information system is proposed. The stages of working, implementation and development of the tender system and main tasks, the main purpose and implementation of these tasks are determined.
