Abstract
A wide range of factors influence the human psyche. Fear of judgment, feelings of loneliness, and an individual’s
perception of their self-efficacy are strongly linked to overall quality of life. Diabetes mellitus is a psychosomatic illness, which
can be triggered by severe stress, depression, social isolation, anger, frustration, fear, and feelings of guilt. It is crucial for
individuals to pay attention not only to physical symptoms but also to their emotional states and inner experiences.
