The study analyzes some problems of academic and legal support of higher education quality management and offers
recommendations for its solution. Important factors in educating an ideal student are identified, such as patriotic upbringing
(patriotism) and the ability to develop a professional career, i.e. formation of career education and leadership skills. These
characteristics are detailed, along with scientific recommendations for its academic and legal support.
