On Summarization by Borel’s method of the row obtained by producing the row twice

Abstract
The paper shows the summability at a point of the series obtained by multiplying the Fourier double series of a 2π
periodic function of two variables by the Borel method, when the function has a mixed integral derivative of the second order
at this point.
