Legal Regulation of Digital Transformation: Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education
Main Article Content
Abstract
The paper explores the interdisciplinary links between Internet Law and Artificial Intelligence, advocating for their
integration into higher education curricula. The primary objective is to demonstrate the theoretical and practical necessity of
establishing this domain as an independent academic discipline to prepare future legal professionals for the challenges of the
digital economy and global network security. Utilizing system analysis and comparative legal methods, the study outlines a four
module structural matrix covering cybercommerce, artificial intelligence regulation, intellectual property in the digital era, and
data protection. By embedding multi-layered social and educational indicators, the framework aligns university curricula with
real market demands, thereby preventing intellectual resource drain and enhancing national scientific potential in the global
digital space.
