Research and Mathematical Conversion of the Index of a Nation’s Regenerative Energy and Development Potential (NEDPI)
Main Article Content
Abstract
This paper establishes a completely new, innovative analytical framework - "Global Ethno-Regenerative Energetics"
along with its primary measurement instrument: the Index of National Energy and Development Potential (NEDPI). This model
is grounded in an in-depth empirical study of Georgia-a nation subject to critical demographic, geopolitical, and migratory
pressures. The primary objective of this work is to provide UN member states-particularly small nations and developing
economies-with a universal, practical guide. Scope of Application: Integrating the NEDPI model into UN strategies will enable
the international community to identify national entropy (degradation) at an early stage and activate mechanisms for a state’s
self-regeneration. Methodology: The philosophical and mathematical foundations of NEDPI, as well as the paradigms and
postulates of the UN’s Sustainable Development framework.
