System Analysis and Logical-Mathematical Modeling of Demographic Security Management

Abstract

The paper focuses on optimizing information systems for ensuring national demographic security. The main objective is
to develop a logical-mathematical model for managing the reintegration of eMigrants, based on set theory and predicate calculus.
The model structures immigrant demands and state offers, effectively categorizing individuals using mathematical intersections
and priority coefficients. For cases with complete matching, individuals are added to the Return List, while discrepancies trigger
the automated Dialogue Mode. This systematic approach minimizes subjective management errors and provides a robust frame
work for migration policy execution.
