Abstract
The paper presents the sequence of screeves in dependent and independent clauses taking into account the linguistic facts confirmed in "the Knight in the Panther’s Skin". In terms of sequence of screeves in syntactic constructions containing adverbial (place) dependent clause the correlation of the predicates of independent and dependent clauses gives the following picture: a) The present indicative screeve form is used as a verb-predicate of an independent clause. B) The imperfect screeve form is used as a verb-predicate of an independent clause. C) The future indicative screeve form is used as a verb-predicate of an independent clause. D) A verb-predicate of an independent clause is presented in the form of the aorist indicative screeve. E) A verb-predicate of an independent clause is presented in the form of the imperative mood and aorist screeve of the future. F) A verb-predicate of an independent clause is presented in the form of II conditional screeve. G) A verb-predicate of an independent clause is presented in the form of optative screeve.
