Ideological and Thematic Features of the Publicistic Writings of the Writer Valeri Chalidze

Abstract
Georgian immigrants working in America and Europe have made a great contribution to the moral liberation of their
own and others from ideological bondage. Moral protest and confrontation against injustice they had manifested in various
forms. Among the immigrant writers of Georgian origin who stood with dignity on the threshold of truth and, through their
words and deeds, affirmed the necessity of protecting society and human rights, the writer Valery Chalidze (1938-2018) is
noteworthy. Each of his works, first of all, is focused on the civic duties of the individual and represents an active attempt to
seek justice.
