Problems of legal support for quality management of higher education and aspects of its regulation

Abstract

There is no doubt that the use of new information technologies in university education improves the quality of education. On the other hand, the use of new information technologies requires the determination of appropriate forms of legal support. This process requires scientific research, analysis and development of appropriate recommendations, which are proposed in this article.
